Acumon Keel

Acumon Intelligence

Assured AI in production, with the evidence to prove what it delivered.

Keel is the platform Acumon deploys client AI solutions on. It sets what the output may be relied on for, enforces the agreed guardrails in the request path, and reports the benefit and the compliance position to your board.

How it works

01

Set reliance

Decide what the AI’s output may be relied on for. Each tier carries required controls, required evidence, a monitoring standard and a cap on how much benefit may be attributed to the AI.

02

Configure guardrails

Adopt, adapt or exclude each policy in the library, set the orange and red thresholds, name an owner for each. Sign it off and it locks; changing it takes a fresh sign-off.

03

Prove the value

Solutions route through the Keel gateway, so guardrails are enforced in path and the telemetry behind the numbers is real rather than asserted.

What you get

Efficiency proven
A benefit model with named owners on every assumption, an attribution factor that cannot outrun the reliance actually granted, and delivery measured against what was agreed — not against the pitch.
Process assured
Acumon’s governance process is the rail the AI runs on. Reliance tiers set what the output may be used for; guardrails set the orange and red lines; both are ratified with you and locked.
Compliance reported
One board pack: benefit delivered against agreed, guardrail posture, reliance status, incidents. The evidence sits where your risk function and auditors can reach it.

Evidence

Anonymised case studies are published only where the client has consented, and are drawn from the same board packs their directors received.

None published yet. We would rather show nothing than show a case study a client has not agreed to.
